We encourage a team effort in all our shops and across areas, working with some wonderful colleagues, many of whom have been with us at Crystals for many years. Working with like-minded others, we hope that you will already have a keen interest in crystals and the natural world, however we provide full and ongoing on the job training with external training for Managers in TetraMap building on self- development and communication skills.

Dartmouth
Shop Manager
A rare opportunity to join Crystals as a Shop Manager. We are looking for an organised, creative, confident and enthusiastic salesperson with excellent communication skills to join us in soon to open Dartmouth.
We can offer 40 hours a week (5 x 8 hour days), however we are keen to hear from you if 32/40 hours a week better matches your availability. Your hours will include weekend shifts each week, Saturday or Sunday. Previous experience in a retail environment would be great but is not essential.
Part Time Sales Assistants
Enthusiastic and with excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in working in sales and retail, our Sales Assistants will be provided with a minimum 16 hours a week, with up to 32 hours available. Please apply letting us know your availability and preferred minimum number of hours a
week, thank you.
Fixed Term contracts will be offered until we assess business needs at the end of summer 2026, with ongoing permanent opportunities available after this time. Work will regularly include a Saturday or Sunday shift, plus weekdays, with shifts allocated at least a month in advance.
The environment can be busy, with cleaning, re-stocking, label writing and building on learning about the spectacular products we sell in between customer service.

We are looking for an enthusiastic salesperson with excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in working in sales to join us in Exeter This role is a Fixed Term Temporary summer position to be reviewed in mid-September 2026. Permanent roles may become available.
We can offer a minimum of 16 hours a week (8 hours per day); please apply letting us know how many hours you are looking to work per week. You will be working regularly on a Saturday or Sunday plus weekdays, with shifts allocated at least a month in advance.
Previous experience in a retail environment would be great but is not essential. The environment can be busy, there is always cleaning, re-stocking, label writing and more in between customer service.

We are looking for friendly, adaptable, reliable, creative, confident and enthusiastic people to work in our Lyme Regis Crystals shop!
We are welcoming applications to work with us as a Part Time Sales Assistant. We can offer a minimum 16 hours a week, with more available. Hours will include regular weekend work on a Saturday. Previous experience in a retail environment would be great but is not essential. An ability to comfortably manage a diverse range of tasks and people will be an advantage. This environment can be busy; there is always cleaning to carry out, re-stocking, label writing and more in between customer service.
