We encourage a team effort in all our shops and across areas, working with some wonderful colleagues, many of whom have been with us at Crystals for many years. Working with like-minded others, we hope that you will already have a keen interest in crystals and the natural world, however we provide full and ongoing on the job training with external training for Managers in TetraMap building on self- development and communication skills.

Exeter
Shop Manager
A rare opportunity to join Crystals as a Shop Manager. We are looking for an organised, creative, confident and enthusiastic salesperson with excellent communication skills to join us here in Exeter.
We can offer 40 hours a week (5 x 8 hour days), however we are keen to hear from you if 32/40 hours a week better matches your availability. Your hours will include weekend shifts each week, Saturday or Sunday. Previous experience in a retail environment would be great but is not essential.
Please send in your application by 26th February. Applications will then be shortlisted for interviews to be held in early March. This role is available as of March 2026 onwards.
Lyme Regis
Temporary Part Time Sales Assistant
We are looking for friendly, adaptable, reliable, creative, confident and enthusiastic people to work in our Lyme Regis Crystals shop!
We are welcoming applications to work with us as a Part Time Sales Assistant. We can offer a minimum 16 hours a week, with more available. Hours will include regular weekend work on a Saturday. We are offering Temporary contracts until we review the role by the end of September 2026, and there may be an opportunity to remain with us beyond this date.
Salisbury
Temporary Saturday Sales Assistant
We are looking for an enthusiastic salesperson with excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in working in sales to join us here in Salisbury. This role will be reviewed by the end of August 2026, and there is a chance it may become permanent.
We can offer 8 hours a week (8 hour day) working regularly on a Saturday. At times the business may require you work on a different day, this could be a Sunday. Previous experience in a retail environment would be great but is not essential. The environment can be busy, there is always cleaning, re-stocking, label writing and more in between customer service!
Sidmouth
Temporary Part Time Sales Assistan

Wells
Temporary Part Time Sales Assistant
We are looking for an enthusiastic salesperson with excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in working in sales to join us here in Wells. This role will be reviewed by the end of September 2026, and there is a chance it may become permanent.
We can offer 16 hours a week (8 hour day) working regularly on a Monday with either a Saturday or Wednesday often being the second day of work. At times the business may require you work on a different day; this could be a Sunday or any other day of the week.
Previous experience in a retail environment would be great but is not essential. The environment can be busy, there is always cleaning, re-stocking, label writing and more in between customer service!
