We encourage a team effort in all our shops and across areas, working with some wonderful colleagues, many of whom have been with us at Crystals for many years. Working with like-minded others, we hope that you will already have a keen interest in crystals and the natural world, however we provide full and ongoing on the job training with external training for Managers in TetraMap building on self- development and communication skills.

Dartmouth
Part Time Sales Assistants
We are seeking enthusiastic salespeople with excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in working in retail. We can provide a minimum of 16 hours a week, with up to 32 hours available at times.
Work will regularly include a Saturday or Sunday shift, plus weekdays, with shifts allocated at least a month in advance. The environment can be busy, with cleaning, re-stocking, label writing and building on learning about the spectacular products we sell in between customer service.
Please apply letting us know your availability and preferred minimum number of hours a week, thank you. Fixed Term contracts will be offered until we assess business needs at the end of summer 2026, with potential ongoing permanent opportunities available after this time.
Lyme Regis
Temporary Part Time Sales Assistant
We are looking for friendly, adaptable, reliable, creative, confident and enthusiastic people to work in our Lyme Regis Crystals shop!
We are welcoming applications to work with us as a Part Time Sales Assistant. We can offer a minimum 16 hours a week, with more available. Hours will include regular weekend work on a Saturday. We are offering Temporary contracts until we review the role by the end of September 2026, and there may be an opportunity to remain with us beyond this date.
Sidmouth
Temporary Part Time Sales Assistant

Truro
Temporary Weekend Summer Sales Assistant
We are looking for an enthusiastic salesperson with excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in working in sales to join us here in Cornwall for summer 2026 and based in Truro. This role will be reviewed by the end of September 2026 as a Fixed Term Role.
We can offer a minimum 8 hours a week (8 hour day) working regularly on a Saturday or Sunday. At times the business may need or offer work on a different day and additional hours will be available. Previous experience in a retail environment would be great but is not essential. The environment can be busy, there is always cleaning, re-stocking, label writing and more in between customer service!
