Crystals (UK) had its beginnings back in 1987 in a small shop in Torquay, Devon. After 21 years we have steadily expanded to over twenty shops throughout the South and West, and now spreading as far as the Midlands, becoming the UK’s leading retailer of crystals, minerals, fossils and semi-precious gemstones.

Our buyers travel all over the world sourcing top quality stock for all our retail outlets as well as our online shop. In the past 12 months, for example, they have been to:
• Brazil for beautiful quartz
• Poland for amber
• Africa for celestite
• China and India to commission unique jewellery and carvings...
...and to the world famous Tucson (USA) Show to secure an extremely large and beautiful collection of minerals and jewellery.
This of course is by no means a comprehensive list of destinations, but wherever we go, from the smallest item to the largest, we pride ourselves on sourcing the best that there is – and at the most competitive prices.

Long hours are spent working with jewellers in several countries to refine designs and hand-select the impressive range of semi-precious stones for our innovative silver and gold jewellery collections.

Our buying policy
Due to the length of time we have been trading we feel we have developed unrivalled relationships with our many suppliers, silversmiths, and goldsmiths all over the world. We work in partnership with our core suppliers in long term relationships, working on original designs, sourcing unusual crystals for our jewellery, as well as finding the best quality crystals, fossils, gemstones and minerals for all our stores.
If we find that any of our stock doesn’t reach our high standards of assay, or ethical and moral responsibility, we seek immediate solutions.

Terms & Conditions
Stock
All stock in our online shop is handpicked for quality; each piece is individually priced to take into account the quality and size of each item.
VAT where applicable is included in all prices
Stock representation
All photographs are intended to give an accurate representation of the item for sale but are subject to photographic limitations and the differences between computer screens and settings.
We endeavor to individually photograph each item in our online shop but please note that in some cases, sizes listed and items shown are a 'typical' sample; size, shape, and colour will vary, but you the customer will always receive an item of the same high quality to that pictured.
Overseas orders
Crystals (UK) Ltd is based in the UK and currently only offers online sales to customers residing in the UK. The online shop will not accept orders that require delivery outside the UK.
Shipping & handling
All goods will be sent by Royal Mail ‘recorded signed for’ first class delivery, except some larger items or those in excess of 1.5kg which may be despatched by our courier. As such, all goods will require a signature upon delivery and will be delivered during normal working hours, please bear this in mind when specifying your delivery address.
Delivery option: Please note that all items can be arranged to be delivered to one of our many shops (see here) for collection, although the cost of postage will remain the same.
We aim to despatch all items within 48 hours of the order being placed (Monday to Friday) and we would expect you to receive items within 2–5 days upon despatch of your order. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays will not usually be processed until the next working day.
If you have not recieved the goods within 14 days of order confirmation, you are requested to notify Crystals (UK) Ltd by e-mail.
Unique Pieces
Items on the Unique Pieces page will only be available for purchase by contacting us directly, and not through our online shop payment system. Such items may require special arrangements for delivery which, if necessary, will be specified within the description of the item.
We will provide you with full information concerning payment and delivery options when you contact us. Each Unique Piece is normally available to view in one of our shops, and special arrangements can usually be made for a viewing in the shop nearest you.
Returns policy
Crystals (UK) Ltd is based in England and operates under English law. We abide by the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations.

Under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days after you receive the goods. However, you must initially advise us by letter or e-mail.
It is required that you return the goods in the condition in which they were received, with appropriate packaging, by a trackable delivery method and at your own cost. Goods should be returned to the address below after you have contacted us to say that you wish to do so:

Crystals (UK) Ltd is required by the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations to provide you with a refund for the value of the goods within 30 days of the cancellation. Please note that we will not take delivery of mail that has missing or incorrect postage.
Credit card security
The Crystals website online shop is powered by the popular RomanCart shop system, as endorsed by HSBC Bank. Card payments are processed using a secure HSBC banking gateway, with the combined system conforming to 128bit SSL certification.
Privacy policy
We only collect essential information about you in order to complete your order. This information will include your name, address and email address, plus your phone number (which we will only use if we have a query about your order).
Our system does not retain your payment card information as this part of the transaction is completed by HSBC.
The option to join or opt out of a 'previous customers' mailing list will be given at the checkout page, and you can of course change your mind at any time by using the opt-out option on any emails received, or by contacting us.
Our monthly eMailshots are likely to include exclusive special offers.
